Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast

  • Lettuce

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 slices bacon

  • 2 tbsp homemade mayonnaise

  • Himalayan salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. To start, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then set it aside for cooking later.

  2. Cut the lettuce and place it in a bowl. Add homemade mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and pepper. Mix all ingredients well.

  3. In a pan, cook bacon until crisp. Once done, remove from the pan and set aside.
