This five-minute Peanut Butter Overnight Oats recipe is packed with nutrient-dense ingredients. What's more, it's highly customizable, too!

½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp manuka honey
Pinch of Himalayan salt
Fruit for topping
Put gluten-free rolled oats, chia seeds, coconut oil, manuka honey, peanut butter, and unsweetened almond milk in your Karma lunch box.
Mix all ingredients together well.
Cover the lunchbox with lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
