Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti

  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced

  • ½ cup Olive oil

  • ½ cup grated parmesan

  • Red Chilli flakes

  • Fresh parsley

  • Himalayan salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Salt the water with at least a tablespoon to add flavor to the pasta.

  2. Place the pasta to the pot of boiling water. Stir often to prevent the pasta from sticking to the pot. Do this until your pasta is cooked. Once done, drain the pasta, leaving a little bit of water. Set aside.

  3. Chop garlic and parsley then set aside.

  4. In a large skillet, put olive oil, then garlic. Warm over low heat, stirring occasionally until the garlic turns tender and golden brown.

  5. Add the garlic mixture, parmesan cheese, olive oil, and parsley to the pasta. Mix all ingredients well.
